We are all leaders - in one way or another. At school, home, work, if someone is following you - then you are a leader. The need is so great, and we can feel small as leaders as we venture out into this great endeavor. You might feel overwhelmed as a parent of a young child or as a homeschooling or elementary aged parent.
There can be fear in approaching a new season, a new normal and making life-changing decisions.
God's word assures us, "Even youth grow weary and stumble, and young men utterly fall. But those who wait on the Lord will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary. They will walk and not faint. (Isaiah 40:30:31).
As leaders of our families, may we find one another and support one another. We don't have to fear falling because we have wings to fly....
